Do you ever scroll past those instant food cooking videos on Facebook? The kind where it only takes a few seconds to see how easy and achievable a recipe can be? Well, I am totally addicted to watching these food videos. I mean, who doesn't love food? Videos from Buzzfeed Tasty to Cooking Panda all seem so effortless to do, and the results look promisingly delicious.
As a result of my current binge on food videos, my family and I decided to test out Delish's Caprese Chicken by Lindsay Funston. The ingredients were easy to find in the grocery and the recipe was easy to follow.

First, we heated the pan with some olive oil. After a few minutes, my mom started to put the seasoned chicken breasts on the pan. The chicken was left to cook for 6 minutes on each side.

We then set aside the chicken to a plate, and glazed the pan with balsamic vinegar. Then we started to put in some garlic, tomatoes and basil.

When the vegetables were evenly coated with the vinegar, we placed the chicken in the pan and topped it off with mozzarella cheese. Mmmm...the best part. Then, we covered the pan to let the cheese melt on top of the cooked chicken. Chicken and cheese goodness!!

Final Verdict: De-li-cious!
The ingredients and process were extremely easy to find and follow, making it a non time-consuming recipe. We ended up liking the balsamic sauce with the chicken because it gave so much flavor to the already seasoned chicken. I'd definitely cook with this recipe again soon!
